A Professional Toastmaster is the key to the smooth-running of your special day. We jointly plan the day with you weeks beforehand, I then ensure the blend of Formality, Grace and Dignity that you feel to be right, to reflect the mood of the occasion and the expectations of Families and Friends. I will help preparing speeches if necessary, With the minimum of fuss I will have prepared for the arrival of any disabled guests and the safe storage of gifts and floral tributes.

On the day itself, I arrive before the proceedings begin, and check that arrangements are in place. I meet the photographer and ensure that the caterers have everything prepared. I check the Table Plan and place settings and confirmed the days timings with everyone involved. Then, in my uniform, with all preparations complete to my satisfaction, my duties on the day will be to:

• Meet and Greet the Bride and Bridegroom or the Couple on arrival

• Meet and Greet your Families and Guests -  offering help with the disabled and directions as required

• Assist the caterers in ensuring prompt service at the Reception

• Assist the photographer at the Photo-Call – working through your list of family and guest groupings

• Place the Receiving Line and Announce the guests

• Announce the entrance of the Couple

• Say Grace if appropriate

• Announce the Cutting of the Cake – and invite your Guests to take photographs

• Introduce the Toasts and Speeches

• Help present Gifts and Floral Tributes

• Lead the Couple from the Wedding Breakfast / Banquet

• Announce the time of the Evening Entertainment – and the arrangements for the Guests in the interim

• Greet the Guests and the Couple at the start of the Evening entertainment

Throughout the day, I pay close attention to preserving the magic and sense of fulfilment for you. And presenting an occasion that your guests will savour for years to come.
